- Will I have a dedicated Sales Advisor?
- After you have successfully opened a trade account you will be assigned a dedicated Sales Advisor. Your Sales Advisor will be on hand to help you grow your business and product ranges with a view to increasing your sales.
- What are your Credit Terms?
- For new customers we require all initial orders to be paid by Pro-Forma. If you would like to setup a Business Credit Account with us please call 01636 703454 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org and complete our credit application form.
Creative Conceptions Ltd only offer credit facilities subject to the receipt of satisfactory credit references. Our standard credit terms are net 30 days and we do reserve our statutory right to charge interest on any late payments. Please note for International and offshore orders we require payment prior to dispatch. Our full credit terms can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
- How Do I setup a customer account?

- How will my delivery be packed?
- We use discrete packaging for all of our orders. If you have a particular request for packaging please let us know and we will do our upmost to meet your requirements.
- How much is Delivery?
- We offer a wide range of delivery options and you can view them on our delivery information page.
- Do you offer shipping to Europe?
- Absolutely, we supply a large number of customers across Europe. Please contact our team for more information.

- What Payment Methods Do you Accept?
- We accept Credit and Debit cards and bank transfers. Credit and Debit cards can be processed through our online payment gateway or alternatively you can call 01636 703454 (Mon - Fri 9.00 - 17.30) to pay over the phone.
- Can I Split Cases?
- We do not have a minimum order quantity and we are very happy to split cases. We understand that this ability is particularly beneficial when investing in new product lines and ranges.
- When will my order be dispatched?
- Next working day delivery is avaialbale on orders within the UK Mainland received before 12pm. Allowing you to enjoy just in time ordering and hold lower stock levels.
- Is there a minimum order?
- We pride ourselves in providing you with the flexibility to order as much or as little as you need. We are happy to split cases as we understand how helpful this can be, and we have no minimum order.
Products & Distribution
- Can I have an exclusive distribution deal in my country?
- As a general rule we do not offer exclusive distribution deals on our brands. However, if you do have an idea of a brand that you wish to distribute on an exclusive basis then we are open to suggestions.
- Do you offer marketing resources and Point of Sale Material?
- Absolutely, We work with our brands to offer you a wide range of marketing resources for both web and ‘brick and mortar’ customers. We can provide Industry leading POS Material and we always endeavor to make this available at no extra cost with orders.
- Can you provide product images?
- Yes we have a large online Image Resource Center that can be found here.
- Can you provide me with a list of your best selling products?
- Yes we are always happy to provide reports of our top selling products across our range. Alternatively you can view our Top 50 selling products here.
