We aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday within 24hrs of the order being placed. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or during weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. UK Mainland ONLY.
Where delivery is to be made by instalments, each delivery shall be deemed for such purpose to be the subject of a separate contract and any failure whatsoever by the seller in respect of any one delivery shall not entitle the buyer to repudiate the contract or any instalments remaining to be delivered there under.

We endeavour to dispatch your products as ordered but occasionally damages or shortages may occur. For damaged goods or shortages the following returns and refunds policy applies:
If your customer wishes to return their order they will contact you directly, and follow your company's Return Policy.
We do not operate a sale or return policy. If your cusotmer changes their mind, the unwanted goods returned to you remain your property.
However, in the unlikely event of a product being faulty, we will cover the cost of replacement including delivery to your customer.
Faulty goods - Contact your Sales Rep within 6 months of your purchase who will send you a pre-paid Returns Label to send the item back to us, if you can provide the order reference number for the original purchase that would be great. We will excahnge the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Creative Conceptions within 3 days of being delivered, and stating your order number. Any claim will then be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
Creative Conceptions cannot be held resonsible for rders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the ordering process. If an order is delayed or returned due to incorrect information being supplied to Creative Conceptions, the cost of re-sending the order to your cusotmer must be covered by you.
We offer four main delivery options to UK customers. Depending on the delivery option you select during the checkout process your order will be sent by either Royal Mail or Interlink Express.

Credit/Debit Card Payments
Credit / Debit card payments are processed on our website through Sage Pay – An independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS). Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Creative Conceptions Ltd does not store or keep any Credit or Debit card details at its business location or at a remote location. Payment details submitted will only be used to process your order with Sage Pay and will not be help against your account.
Business Credit Account (Purchase orders)
Creative Conceptions Ltd will, at its own discretion, offer a business credit account facility. Credit account customers are subject to our Credit Account Terms and Conditions. To apply for a business credit account you will need to register a new account and contact our sales team on 01636 703454.
