Terms and Conditions relating to your use of the Creative Conceptions Ltd website

Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of sale from our web site. The terms are set out below. Read them before ordering. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. Other terms and conditions on our site such as our privacy policy should also be read as part of this agreement. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Creative Conceptions Ltd reserve the right to refuse access to the web site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. New Accounts, Credit Terms and Payments

Creative Conceptions Ltd will generally offer credit facilities of net 30 days following successful credit references for all new accounts. All orders for new accounts will be on a pro-forma basis either by cheque (made out to Creative Conceptions Ltd) or via electronic payment until a satisfactory trading pattern is established.

Credit Terms and Payments
Creative Conceptions Ltd standard credit terms are net 30 days. We do reserve our statutory right to charge interest on any late payments.

4. Access to the Creative Conceptions Ltd website
We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that availability of the web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the web site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. 6. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Creative Conceptions Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation of shipment to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed as being shipped, do not form part of that contract.
Contracting between you and Creative Conceptions Ltd.

By placing an order with Creative Conceptions Ltd, you are automatically agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions over-rule any terms and conditions on your purchase order or delivery notes.

7. Pricing

Value Added Tax
All wholesale prices on our price lists are exclusive of VAT. All suggested retail prices are inclusive of VAT. For our customers outside the UK we require the relevant local taxation number prior to orders being fulfilled.

Prices
Creative Conceptions Ltd reserve the right to change any of the prices to reflect supplier price changes or other factors outside our control affecting the costs of providing the products for you.

8. Stocks, Delivery, Carriage and Ownership

Stocks
If for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within five days, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery, Carriage and Ownership
Creative Conceptions Ltd retains legal title of all goods supplied until such time as they have been paid for in full, inclusive of carriage (where applicable) and government taxes. We provide a next day delivery service on all orders received before 12.00 noon, however will strive to provide a next day service whatever time the order arrives after this time.

There is no minimum order. Our standard carriage paid order is £200.00 net to mainland UK. Orders under this amount will be charged at a rate of £8.00.

Carriage paid for Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is £400.00 net. Orders under this amount will be charged at the rate of £15.00.

It is crucial that you check in the number of cartons on your delivery and correctly sign for the exact number received, reporting in writing any damaged/tampered cartons to the courier company on the delivery slip. Any discrepancies should immediately be reported to Creative Conceptions Ltd.

9. Export Orders
Export orders are defined as any orders located outside the United Kingdom and are supplied strictly on a pre-payment ex works basis.

10. Electronic communications
When you visit the Creative Conceptions Ltd website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We often communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the web site. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the web site or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

12. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
