Contracting Between You and Creative Conceptions Ltd.
By placing an order with Creative Conceptions Ltd, you are automatically agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions over-rule any terms and conditions on your purchase order or delivery notes.

New Accounts
Creative Conceptions Ltd will generally offer credit facilities following successful credit references. Initial orders will be on a pro-forma basis either by cheque (made out to Creative Conceptions Ltd) or via electronic payment until a satisfactory trading pattern is established. A New Customer Credit Application Form can be emailed or posted to you. Please call us on 0845 3700377 for the form.

Credit Terms
Creative Conceptions Ltd standard credit terms are net 30 days. We do reserve our statutory right to charge interest on any late payments.

Value Added Tax
All wholesale prices on this price list are exclusive of VAT. All suggested retail prices are inclusive of VAT. For our customers outside the UK we require the relevant local taxation number prior to orders being fulfilled.

Prices
Creative Conceptions Ltd reserves the right to change any of the prices to reflect supplier price changes or other factors outside our control affecting the costs of providing the products for you.

Next Day Delivery We provide a next day delivery service on all orders received before 12.00 noon.

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order and are very happy to split cases as we understand this can help you particularly when you are starting out.

Delivery and Carriage
Our standard carriage paid order is £200.00 net to mainland UK. Orders under this amount will be charged at a rate of £9.00 + VAT.

Carriage paid for Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is £400 net. Orders under this amount will be charged at the rate of £18.

We make every effort to ensure that the products you receive are exactly as you ordered. Please can you therefore check your delivery and inform us of any discrepancies as soon as possible. In cases where you find there is a difference it is very helpful to us if you have checked with the courier that the correct number of boxes have been delivered also that you note down if the delivery looks to have been tampered with.

Ownership
Creative Conceptions Ltd retains legal title of all goods supplied until such time as they have been paid for in full, inclusive of carriage (where applicable) and government taxes.

We welcome orders from anywhere within Europe. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and ask for Richie or Jane.

Office Opening Hours
Office opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours there is an answer machine. Alternatively please contact us by email on sales@idlubricants.co.uk and we will get back to you during the next working day.
