ORDERING INFO
We aim to make placing an order with us as easy as possible and therefore offer you a number of ways to do so.
If you chose to order by email, fax or online you will always get a call or email within 2 hours, (during office hours), to confirm that we have received it and to inform you when it will be dispatched. If you do not receive this confirmation please email us or call us as it will probably mean that we haven’t received it.

Ordering Terms
No minimum order and we are happy to split cases. We appreciate you may want to try our products first to see what sells best for you.Next day delivery on orders within the UK Mainland received before midday allowing you to enjoy just in time ordering and hold lower stock levels.Low carriage paid order limit - you only have to order £200 net to receive your goods free of charge (within the UK Mainland) or £400 net for Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands.Low Carriage Cost for Smaller Orders If your order is less than these amounts then carriage will be £9 net within the UK mainland and £18 net for other British Isle Areas as listed above.European Orders We welcome order from all over Europe and have secured excellent courier terms that we pass on to you at cost. We will always let you know carriage before sending. Once payment is received it generally takes between 3 and 5 days for orders to reach Europe depending on how far from the UK you are. Payment
We will generally offer credit facilities following successful credit references. Initial orders will be on a pro-forma basis by either cheque, (made out to Creative Conceptions Ltd) or via electronic payment until a satisfactory trading pattern is established.
